INVIROX Dog Training Collar Features

The 99 static shock settings are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the bells and whistles of the INVIROX Dog Training Collar.  Choose this training collar for your dog’s obedience training and you’ll tap into the power of the industry’s latest technological innovations.

The e-collar features a keypad-lock for security along with 123 levels including 16 distinct vibrations and eight tones.  Transition through the vibrations and tones and you are sure to find several suitable for your pooch’s unique level of sensitivity.

Obedience Training is Easier Than Most Assume

Incorporate a dog training e-collar into your obedience training sessions and you’ll find the experience is that much easier, efficient and effective for both your fur buddy and yourself.  Part of the challenge lies in pinpointing the vibration and tone levels that are optimal for your dog.  Tinker with the wide array of settings, alternating between each subtle setting until you find the level your pooch is comfortable with.

Once the e-collar is in place and ready to correct your dog’s behavior, shift your attention to the leash.  Your dog should be on-leash throughout the entirety of the obedience training session.  The leash should be strong to the point that it will hold steady even if your dog lurches toward a squirrel or other moving object.  However, the leash should not be long to the point that he or she can walk out to the road and into traffic.

Ensure the collar is loose enough to prevent skin damage and double-check your pooch’s neck for signs of such damage during the training session.  If you spot any redness or sores, loosen the collar.  There is no harm in taking a break if you suspect your furry friend has worn the collar long enough for a segment of the training session or the day.  At most, the dog training collar should be attached to the neck for 12 hours per day.  Ideally, the collar will be repositioned every couple hours and refit.

Be sure to wash your fur buddy’s neck and the contact points of the collar at least once per week.  If you notice any sings of a rash or sores, stop using the shock collar until the skin heals.  Whether your dog is of the working variety, a small dog or in between these extremes, he or she will benefit from the use of the INVIROX Dog Training Collar.  However, it must be noted the collar is optimal for dog breeds that are eight pounds in weight and a minimum of six months in age.

Dog Training Made Easy

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could quickly and easily obtain information related to your dog and the training session by simply looking at the e-collar?  The INVIROX Dog Training Collar allows for exactly that thanks to its digital LED display screen.  Check out the screen and you’ll see exactly what level of stimulation is in use.  This training collar makes it that much easier to control your furry friend even when he or she is off the leash.

The remote transmitter transmits a signal that triggers the receiver collar on the dog with the mere press of a button.  The result is a completely safe and harmless form of stimulation that catches your dog’s attention.  This stimulation makes it clear that the behavior in question is to be corrected.    Continue to correct your dog’s misbehaviors with the INVIROX Dog Training Collar in ensuing obedience training sessions and your little buddy will soon learn the difference between right and wrong.

Alter Stimulation Levels Accordingly

The current training mode should determine the collar’s level of stimulation.  Gradually adjust the level of stimulation based on the training session’s nuances and your dog will understand exactly which behaviors must be corrected without feeling pain or shame.  Begin at a low level, slowly work your pooch up to higher levels of corrective stimulation and you’ll eventually find the level that is optimal for him or her.  When in doubt, observe your dog after a simulation for signs of recognition such as looking to the sides, moving the ears or reaching for the collar.

Instead of overloading your dog with vibrations after an unacceptable behavior, be subtle.  Begin at a level one or two and press the vibration button for merely one second.  At most, transition to the third level and hold the vibration button for two seconds.  Refrain from pressing the button for additional stimulation unless your dog’s behavior warrants such negative reinforcement.  However, there is a chance that your dog will simply not react to the stimulation, especially if it is at the lowest level.

Gradually heighten the intensity and repeat the stimulation until you notice the subtle signs noted above.  If your dog shows no reaction whatsoever to the stimulation, check the collar’s placement on the neck to guarantee it is properly connected.  Dogs with longer fur will require a collar with comparably long contact points.

Mind Those Contact Points

Check the training collar’s receiver contact points for the shock portion.  The Test Bulb must be firmly secured to the contact points.  Once you are sure the test bult is secure, press the lightning button to determine if the shock function works as it should.  If the test bulb illuminates in green on the collar, it is an indication that the shock component of the stimulation is functional.

The greater the level of shock, the brighter the test bulb becomes.  Pay close attention to the silicone covers as they must be firmly attached to the collar’s contact points to prevent potential pain or discomfort.

Take Baby Steps Toward Progress

You won’t be able to correct the entirety of your dog’s misbehaviors in one training session using the shock collar for dogs.  Take it slowly, correct one improper behavior at a time and give your dog a chance to commit that correction to memory.  Continue to correct unacceptable behaviors with consistency, be mindful to conduct such training out of the hearing range of other animals and you’ll make meaningful progress as time progresses.

Above all, be considerate of your animal’s needs. Don’t let your dog enter situations where he or she is likely to misbehave.  Continue to provide ongoing supervision and seize the opportunity to consistently correct unacceptable behaviors with the shock collar for dogs.
