I like the fact that you have a different button for different features. that really helps with training. slim, compact, easy to use, with a variety of settings. solid collar too, probably won't break easily. wish it had a hard stop button, but otherwise a nice product. chatted with the customer service dept and they were helpful.

Our dog, 9 month old Golden, chewed the plastic cover over the antenna so it was no longer waterproof. It still works but is for indoor use now. This collar has been a great complement to our training. It reminds him to obey the verbal or hand signals.

I find the collar and remote easy to use. On occasion, I forget that I have the remote locked, so I am not setting the collar off or punishing accidentally. This is user error not product error. The new remote is holding it's charger longer then my first remote. I am pleased with the replacement, to this point. Thank you for the prompt response to my concerns. I am pleased with this product and I will purchase other products from the company.

This has been absolutely amazing and helped so much, we had tried everything and spent so much on training classes and different methods and nothing seemed to work.
