The first collar I had stoped working with in 6 months of having it. The company did an awesome job replacing it tho. The remote I have glitches sometimes to. It could be fully charged but won’t come on unless I plug the charger up to it for one second then it works fine agin. Other than that I love it. I love the light function.

Love this collar!! Maybe it’s just my dogs but two dogs now have taken to this collar after just one use. Now we don’t even have to do the noise warning most of the time. I thought that one controller for both collars would be a pain in the butt, however it’s not a problem at all.

The collar works great the only thing I have found out is that it's not as water resistant as advertised my lab is in and out of the pond several times a day doesn't spend much time in there just a couple minutes but if you don't dry the charging port out it won't charge and that's several hours later after it's been off the dog the collar works perfectly except for that part

Had a problem with my original collar, and was quickly sent a new one for free. Customer service was quick to reply, and very helpful.
