We order this collar in June and it stopped charging a few months later. I emailed customer support, immediately received a response and a replacement collar was on its way. Well done!

Great product

I purchased a collar back in April and it worked great and i love all the levels. however it just quit working, i followd all the steps to reqode it and it still didnt work, I contacted the company and they were great to work with, I assume this is a rare thing and they replaced the collar. I would recomend this collar and the company just for the fact that they stand by there product. The collar works great and easy to use. And you cant beat the price for what you are getting. I looked at many collars and this is just as good as the really expensive ones.
