The collar works well, fits well and is user friendly. I had to request a repair/replacement and Amy assisted with that without delay. So far, it is working as described. It would be far more helpful, especially with all the tech advancements, if Invirox supplied a charger (reason for 4 rather than 5 stars). The 5v chargers are increasingly difficult to find. Also, it is difficult to trust the quality of what is available so it would be helpful if Invirox (short of providing a charger) make recommendations on a few qualifying brands.
The first collar was defective after a couple of months but it was probably not due to the product from Invirox. It was most likely a failure of Amazon to adequately return a used product (previous user failed to inform Amazon??) anyway very satisfied with Invirox customer service. Would prefer to be able to phone but email ended up working out. Thank you!

Quality training collar at a reasonably price.

I am very pleased with the double training collar system I purchased a while back.. Zak did lose his collar so I did have to replace his. Thanks to your reasonable prices it didn’t break the bank. They also have very good range. The best feature is the lock button so that you don’t accidentally hit the buttons and confuse your dogs.

This has been absolutely amazing and helped so much, we had tried everything and spent so much on training classes and different methods and nothing seemed to work.
